Refund Policy

One-time event plans

Event plans (Starter, Standard, and Premium) are one-time purchases tied to a single event. When you complete a purchase, your plan is activated immediately and your event page becomes eligible for publishing according to that plan's limits.

All event plan purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Because digital services begin right away, we generally cannot offer refunds after a plan has been activated — even if you have not yet published your event or sent invitations.

SMS add-ons

SMS add-on purchases provide additional message credits for a specific event. Add-on credits are applied to your event as soon as the purchase is confirmed.

SMS add-on purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your event, except where required by law.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a purchase applied to the wrong event — contact us promptly. We will review the transaction and work with you in good faith to resolve legitimate billing mistakes.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Please email us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

State law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your state. Residents of California and other states may have additional remedies where required by law.

For billing questions or refund requests, email support@eventright.com with your account email, event name, and the date of purchase. We typically respond within a few business days.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
